Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales strategy, client engagement, and operational efficiency. Upon successful completion of the 6-month internship, candidates may be offered a full-time role with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand the customer base.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building.

• Client & Partner Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with top B-Schools for ongoing collaborations.

  • Actively engage with clients to understand their merchandise needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Operations Management:

  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.

  • Identify bottlenecks in operations and suggest improvements for greater efficiency.

• Market & Industry Insights:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changing market demands.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required)

• Language: Fluency in English (Required)

• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required)

• Availability: Immediate joining preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: ₹15,422.95 - ₹20,000.00 per month
