About the Role

Balaji Enterprises is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to assist with content creation, research, and outreach. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, stays updated on trends, and is skilled in organizing digital campaigns.

As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in building audience engagement, enhancing brand awareness, and managing social media content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

???? Content Planning & Scheduling: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media posts.
???? Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and social media insights.
???? Outreach & Contact Management: Create and maintain contact lists for collaborations and brand partnerships.
???? Content Creation: Collaborate with designers and content creators to make engaging reels, graphics, and posts.
???? Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social platforms.
???? Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on social media performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

✔ Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
✔ Strong research & data organization skills.
✔ Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite & Google Sheets.
✔ Experience using graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
✔ Excellent written communication skills.
✔ Self-motivated with great attention to detail.

Additional Requirements

???? Experience: Minimum 1 year in social media management (required).
???? Language: Proficiency in English (mandatory).
???? Portfolio Submission: Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
