Job Overview

AuraEMart.com is looking for proactive, results-driven Telecaller Sales Executives to promote FMCG, skincare, and beauty care products. This is a remote sales position ideal for individuals with strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential customers, focusing on those interested in work-from-home opportunities.

• Product Presentation: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and compensation plans.

• Lead Conversion: Turn leads into customers through effective and persuasive communication.

• Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with potential and existing clients for relationship building and satisfaction.

• Sales Reporting: Document call details, customer interactions, and progress.

• Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent

• Preferred: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience:

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Skills:

• Strong verbal communication & persuasive skills

• Outgoing and customer-centric attitude

• Basic familiarity with digital tools & e-commerce platforms

• Good time-management and self-motivation

Other Requirements:

• Age: 18–50 years

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting: 1 year
