Position Summary

As a Lead – Consulting Services, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strong business pipeline, leading to well-defined and profitable contracts. This role demands expertise in managing service bookings, delivering high-quality projects, and ensuring operational excellence.

You will be accountable for:
✔ Meeting or exceeding the Service Booking Plan.
✔ Delivering contracted projects in alignment with customer agreements.
✔ Leading cross-functional teams and communicating with senior management.
✔ Driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer and employee satisfaction.
✔ Managing performance metrics, process improvements, and quality certifications.
✔ Leading HR strategies to recruit and retain a qualified, motivated team.
✔ Monitoring and managing escalations, reducing them to near-zero levels.
✔ Reporting to the leadership team in weekly operations reviews.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Customer Success

• Lead the Consulting Services team to drive business growth and ensure well-defined contracting processes.
• Develop and execute strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of profitable engagements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring that all deliverables align with agreements and expectations.

2. Project Execution & Operational Excellence

• Ensure flawless execution of the portfolio of projects, meeting all deliverables.
• Optimize resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure all strategic and operational processes align with best practices.
• Maintain high service quality standards through reporting and quality improvement initiatives.

3. Leadership & People Management

• Lead and mentor teams, driving performance and fostering professional growth.
• Implement customized people engagement strategies to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR to execute strategies for hiring, training, and talent development.

4. Escalation & Risk Management

• Identify, monitor, and resolve escalations effectively.
• Conduct trend analysis and implement process improvements to minimize recurring issues.
• Work within established Service Delivery and Operations Governance frameworks.

5. Communication & Reporting

• Report key updates and insights to the leadership team during weekly operations reviews.
• Develop communication and reporting mechanisms for timely issue resolution.
• Drive the intake and impact assessment process, ensuring alignment across departments.

Required Qualifications

✅ Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a Professional Services/Consulting organization in India.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise software services and cloud-based solutions.
✅ P&L Management: Experience managing full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities.
✅ Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
✅ People Management: Strong team leadership, mentorship, and engagement skills.
✅ Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to drive performance and deliver results.
