Job Responsibilities:

✔ Handle B2B/B2C flight ticketing inquiries via email, calls, and messages.
✔ Manage inter-departmental flight queries and ensure seamless coordination.
✔ Communicate effectively with airlines and clients to process and resolve inquiries.
✔ Follow SOPs and maintain focus on query management and resolution.
✔ Update flight ticket details on the company portal as required.
✔ Stay updated with airline policies and changes to ensure accurate guidance.
✔ Escalate concerns to the appropriate department or individual when necessary.
✔ Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations.
✔ Commit to a minimum tenure of 1 year with the company.

Requirements:

✅ For Freshers:

• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of flight ticketing and airline policies (preferred).

✅ For Experienced Candidates:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a flight ticketing role.
• Strong understanding of airline ticketing systems and processes.
• Ability to handle complex ticketing queries and coordinate with airline representatives.

✅ Additional Preferences:

• Only male candidates preferred for this role.
• Ability to work in a structured and result-oriented manner.
• Proficiency in handling multiple customer interactions efficiently.
