Tesla is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Advisor to join our remote customer service team. As a Tesla Home Advisor, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with a wide range of technical issues and offering product support. You will work remotely with flexible hours, engaging with customers via phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Tesla customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tesla devices, software, and services.
• Assist customers with product setup, account management, and app support.
• Provide solutions for hardware and software problems while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Help customers with billing inquiries, order status, and warranty-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Tesla products, services, and software updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Tesla's CRM system.
• Ensure a friendly, professional, and positive experience for customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions at once and multitask effectively.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with Tesla products, services, and operating systems is a plus.
• Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple software applications in a virtual environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Experience in technical support or troubleshooting is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Tesla products and services is highly valued.
• Previous remote work experience is an advantage.

Working Hours
