Conduct telephonic interviews and screen candidates for various job openings.
Review resumes and job applications to identify potential fits.
Cold call potential job seekers and build initial rapport.
Ensure that all screening, selection, and hiring processes comply with company policies.
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Word & Excel.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Education: Graduate with minimum 60% in 10th and 12th.
Experience: 3 to 6 months in IT recruitment (preferred, not mandatory).
Language: Must be proficient in English speaking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Must have a personal laptop with internet access (broadband).
Use of your own mobile phone for candidate communication.
No office equipment provided due to WFH model.
₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month
