Apple is seeking an energetic, talented, and dedicated IT Recruiter to join our team in a remote/hybrid capacity (female candidates only). As an IT Recruiter at Apple, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, collaborating with hiring managers to source, screen, and place top talent across various IT disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting creation to candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Sourcing and Networking: Use job boards, social media, networking events, and other resources to source high-quality IT candidates.
• Candidate Screening and Interviews: Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews, assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, providing strategic advice on talent acquisition and market trends.
• Offer Negotiation: Coordinate interview schedules, handle offer processes, and assist with the onboarding process.
• Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified talent.
• Reporting and Metrics: Keep accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Advocate for diversity in recruitment efforts and ensure equal opportunities for all candidates.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or in a similar role, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, including but not limited to software developers, network engineers, system administrators, and IT support staff.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for finding the best talent.
• A degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a recruitment agency environment.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Experience recruiting IT professionals for various technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in a diverse and inclusive work environment.
