Work From Home

Shift Time : 11:30 AM to 9 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st level support for macOS and iOS devices (MacBook, iMac, iPhone, iPad)
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues (remote)
• Install, configure, and maintain Apple systems and standard business software
• Administer Apple devices through Mobile Device Management (NinjaOne)
• Manage Apple Business Manager integrations and device assignments
• Support device onboarding, including zero-touch deployment
• Integrate Apple devices into corporate networks (e.g., Wi-Fi, VPN, printing, 802.1X)
• Document support cases, IT assets, and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams (e.g., networking, Windows, security)

Required Qualifications:

• Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Apple support environments
• Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS and Apple ID management
• Experience with MDM solutions and Apple Business Manager integration
• Basic understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS)
• Comfortable using Terminal (e.g., for troubleshooting or scripting)
• Good communication skills and a user-centric support approach
• Proficient in English (German a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace
• Basic scripting skills (Bash, Zsh) and software deployment experience
