Disney is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter Intern to join our team remotely. As an IT Recruiter Intern, you will support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and engaging with top-tier IT talent. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process for IT positions, including but not limited to software developers, system analysts, and network specialists.
• Source and engage with qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Help schedule interviews and coordinate follow-up communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Create job descriptions and post job openings on multiple platforms.
• Provide feedback and insights to the recruitment team regarding candidate pipelines and trends.
• Assist in managing candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: No prior recruitment experience required. Previous internship or exposure to recruitment or HR processes is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with basic recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
  • A basic understanding of IT terminology and industry roles is desirable but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing a career in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts such as programming languages, networking, and software development.
• Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Type: Part-time Internship
• Location: Remote (Work from Home)
• Duration: 6-month internship with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
