Job Profile: Airline Ticketing Executive (International)

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Flight Bookings: Manage and process flight reservations for international destinations.
✔ Customer Support: Address ticketing inquiries and assist customers in selecting the best flight options.
✔ Ticket Modifications: Handle cancellations, changes, and refunds in accordance with airline policies.
✔ Payments & Transactions: Process payments securely while ensuring compliance with company policies.
✔ Liaison with Airlines: Confirm reservations, obtain flight schedules, and manage seat allocations with airline partners.

Requirements:

???? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
???? Experience: Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive or in a similar travel industry role.
???? Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
