Job Summary:

Cognitive Navigation Pvt Ltd is seeking experienced professionals to support its upcoming projects with various client organizations in India and overseas. The Senior Executive / Executive – Flight Operations Support role involves assisting the Customer Organization and associated stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient flight operations. This includes flight scheduling, route planning, compliance monitoring, and real-time operational support.

The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the Manager – Flight Operations Support and will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ NOTAM Monitoring & Analysis:

• Collect, monitor, review, and analyze NOTAMs to support flight operations.

✔ Weather Monitoring & Analysis:

• Obtain, interpret, and analyze meteorological data for advance assessment, pre-flight planning, and in-flight monitoring.

✔ Route Planning:

• Create, analyze, and optimize flight routes to ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to customer policies.

• Coordinate with Air Navigation Service Providers for necessary permissions.

✔ Operational Flight Planning:

• Assist in operational flight planning, including route selection, fuel requirements, altitude profiles, and aircraft performance.

• Coordinate for weight & balance calculations and aircraft performance data.

✔ Overflying Analysis & Permission:

• Assist in overflight analysis and coordinate with aviation authorities to obtain necessary permissions for airspace access.

• Monitor airspace restrictions and associated changes.

✔ Flight Following, Monitoring & Watch:

• Track flight progress and ensure adherence to planned routes.

• Provide real-time operational support during abnormal or emergency situations.

✔ Aircraft Delivery & Re-delivery:

• Support aircraft ferry flights, documentation, and coordination with internal & external stakeholders.

✔ Technical Documentation Management:

• Update and maintain technical documentation.

• Assist in content management of operational and regulatory documentation.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

✔ Industry Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Flight Operations work environment within Airlines, General Aviation, ATC, Airports, or related aviation sectors.

✔ Technical Expertise:

• Knowledge of aviation regulations, NOTAM, and operational flight planning.

• Familiarity with Flight Dispatch, Operations Control Center (OCC), and Crew Scheduling.

• Experience with Flight Planning & Crew Scheduling software is an advantage.

✔ Key Skills:

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple flights simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Educational & Certification Requirements:

???? Degree: Bachelor's degree in Science, Aviation, Aeronautics, or a related field (Preferred).
???? Certifications: Aviation-related certifications or training will be an added advantage.

Work Environment:

✅ Shift Work Required: This role may involve 24/7 shift operations to support global flight operations.
