Job Overview:

Amigo Academy, a premier institute specializing in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service Training, is seeking a passionate and experienced Aviation Trainer to join our team. This role requires expertise in aviation training, strong communication skills, and a commitment to mentoring future professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Training & Development:

• Develop and deliver aviation training programs for aspiring professionals.

• Conduct assessments and monitor trainee performance to ensure skill development.

• Prepare training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.

• Mentor and support trainees to enhance their competency and confidence.

✔ Industry Engagement & Placement Support:

• Participate in placement activities to help trainees secure job opportunities.

• Ensure all trainees meet the competency standards required in the aviation sector.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Educational Background:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree.

✔ Industry Experience:

• 2-5 years as Cabin Crew in any airline, or

• 3-5 years with Domestic Airlines.

✔ Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of aviation safety, emergency procedures, first aid, and onboard services.

• Proficiency in MS Office for training material development.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

✔ Preferred Traits:

• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for training.

• Strong mentoring abilities to guide and inspire future aviation professionals.

Additional Requirements:

???? Location Flexibility: Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Dhole-Patil Road, Pune before starting work.

???? Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years as Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew (Required).
