• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₹9,428.50 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Dispatch:
  • Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate product dispatch.
• Product Packaging:
  • Prepare products for shipment with meticulous attention to quality and presentation standards.
• Invoice Generation:
  • Create and manage invoices accurately using Zoho software.
• Shipping Account Management:
  • Oversee Shiprocket account for smooth operations, including troubleshooting shipping issues.
• Returns Handling:
  • Manage and resolve return requests, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process.
• Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure stock availability and prompt restocking when needed.
• Client Communication:
  • Professionally handle customer interactions via phone and email, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.

Key Qualifications

• Language Proficiency:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with order management software like Zoho (preferred)
  • Experience with shipping platforms such as Shiprocket
  • Proficient in Google Drive and basic data entry tasks
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or customer service is preferred
