About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Freelance Meta Ads Manager to create and manage high-performing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) for BIRCH, a leading sportswear brand.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital advertising, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of running successful, profitable campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

✔ Develop comprehensive Meta Ads strategies aligned with BIRCH’s business objectives
✔ Focus on brand visibility, website traffic, and sales conversion
✔ Manage multiple campaigns and ad sets to optimize performance

2. Ad Creation & Audience Targeting

✔ Design engaging ad creatives (images, videos, captions, ad copy)
✔ Conduct market research to identify high-converting audience segments
✔ Implement advanced audience targeting based on demographics, behavior & interests

3. Budget & Performance Management

✔ Allocate & optimize ad budgets for maximum ROI
✔ Use Meta Ads Manager to monitor campaign performance and track key metrics
✔ Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies

4. Reporting & Trend Analysis

✔ Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
✔ Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Meta advertising

Qualifications & Experience

???? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
???? Experience:
✔ 1+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with proven results
✔ Hands-on expertise in Google Analytics & Meta Ads Manager

???? Skills Required:
✔ Strong understanding of Meta advertising platforms & tools
✔ Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to develop engaging ad content
✔ Strong communication & collaboration skills
✔ Experience in managing multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
✔ Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms is a plus

Deliverables & Goals

✔ Develop & execute a tailored Meta Ads strategy for BIRCH
✔ Achieve at least a 30% increase in conversions through optimized campaigns
✔ Provide monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations

Work Arrangement & Compensation
