Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee E-commerce sales and digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing digital campaigns, and optimizing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• E-commerce Management: Manage and grow website sales and online store operations.
• Online Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Digital Marketing: Handle digital marketing campaigns, focusing on Google Ads and e-commerce advertising strategies.
• E-sound Marketing: Manage auditory branding and sound marketing strategies to boost brand identity.
• Campaign Performance: Track and analyze campaign results, optimize based on KPIs, and generate reports.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in E-commerce and digital marketing.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and digital marketing tools
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce management and sales optimization
  • Analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹60,000 per month
• Supplemental Pay: Commission-based incentives
