Position: E-Commerce Intern

Location: Indore/Pune/Mangalore (Work From Home)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of e-commerce. The selected candidate will work closely with our e-commerce team to support various initiatives aimed at driving sales, improving the online shopping experience, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing product listings and catalog reports on our e-commerce platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and SEO.
• Help monitor website performance metrics and analyze data to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in improving the user experience (UX) by testing site functionality, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
• Provide general administrative support to the e-commerce team, including organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and responding to customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per month
