About the Role:

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our US Support team (Voice & Email) during the night shift. This role is non-sales, non-target based, and we are not a BPO/KPO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries with professionalism and accuracy.

• Respond to customer emails and provide timely resolution.

• Maintain quality standards while delivering information using appropriate tools and methods.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.

• Resolve customer complaints with appropriate solutions and follow up as needed.

• Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Who Can Apply:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of US process (voice/email) experience is mandatory.

• Education: Any graduate.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication is required.

• Should have a pleasant voice and smart personality to manage support profiles efficiently.
