Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Associate at Amazon, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Marathi, Hindi, and English, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and ensuring timely solutions.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
• Accurately document interactions and escalate complex issues to higher support levels as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).

• Basic computer skills, including experience with MS Office and CRM tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
