Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact Clients: Reach out to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services. Handle inbound calls from marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Build Relationships: Maintain excellent relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Promote Products & Services: Actively promote the company’s offerings and encourage clients to make purchases or engage in services.
• Set Appointments: Schedule appointments for field agents when needed to meet customers in person.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in telesales or related sales roles (preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication skills in Punjabi and English.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and meet sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: ₹10,000 to ₹13,000 per month.
