Job Overview
Amazon is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers (Female Only). As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive outreach and effective communication. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about Amazon's products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on sales, orders, and customer service.
• Provide accurate information regarding Amazon products, services, and promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed performance targets, including call volume, quality, and customer feedback.
• Maintain customer records and update information in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to resolve any issues or improve service quality.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• Gender: Female Only
• Proven experience in a telecalling or customer service role, ideally in a sales or support capacity.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone presence.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated to meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an e-commerce or retail environment is a plus.
• Multilingual skills (especially English) are preferred.
• Familiarity with Amazon products and services is beneficial.
