Tesla is seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecalling Intern fluent in Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about services and offers.
• Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries, concerns, or requests effectively and professionally.
• Assist in telecalling campaigns, including follow-ups, surveys, and gathering customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using Tesla’s CRM tools.
• Meet call-related targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the team.

• Collaborate with the team to improve processes, scripts, and overall telecalling efficiency.
• Contribute to documenting call results, client feedback, and campaign outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi (both spoken and written).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and telecom systems (CRM tools, phone systems).

Experience:
