As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with Apple customers, resolving their queries, and promoting our products and services in a professional and friendly manner. You will work remotely, assisting customers via phone calls and addressing everything from product information to resolving post-purchase issues.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers, offering product information, solving issues, and providing details about ongoing promotions and offers.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Apple products, services, and policies to deliver accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Sales and Upselling: Drive sales by cross-selling and upselling Apple products based on customer preferences.
• Database Management: Update customer records, manage call logs, and ensure accuracy of information entered into the system.
• Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and escalate issues when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is highly desirable.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and resilience to handle challenging situations.

Technical Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection and a functional computer or smartphone.
• Quiet and dedicated workspace to ensure optimal call quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working remotely.
• Familiarity with Apple products and services.
• Sales experience, especially in telemarketing or customer support.
